Refunds Policy

Tangible Products

If you are not satisfied with what you order from The Estes Group, we will issue a full refund if the product is returned to us within 30 days.

Intangible Products

If the product you ordered is not delivered online as advertised, or if there are technical problems which prevent your receiving the product, contact The Estes Group and we will do whatever we can to resolve the problem.  If we are unable to do so, we will issue a full refund for your product.  You must contact us within 30 days from the day you order the product.
